Reservations & Payments
What is required to confirm a booking?
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank wire transfers, and select cryptocurrency payments for secure, high-value transactions. All payments are processed through encrypted, bank-level security gateways.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A standard security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 48 hours prior to check-in. The amount varies depending on the specific property or yacht. This hold is released within 7-10 business days after departure, provided no damages occurred.
Arrival & Concierge Services
What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM local time, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested through your dedicated concierge but is strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
How do I access the property upon arrival?
A Villa Maxx representative or property manager will meet you personally at the estate to hand over the keys, provide a comprehensive walkthrough of the amenities, and answer any immediate questions. For certain properties, secure smart-lock codes may be provided prior to arrival.
Can I arrange a private chef or airport transfer?
Absolutely. Our in-house concierge desk can arrange private chefs, luxury airport transfers, yacht charters, and in-villa spa treatments. We recommend submitting your concierge requests at least 14 days prior to arrival to secure our top-tier service providers.
Yacht Charters
Do your yacht rentals include a captain and crew?
Yes. For liability and safety reasons, all luxury yacht charters booked through Villa Maxx include a licensed captain and a professional crew. Bareboat charters (renting without a captain) are generally not permitted for our high-end fleet.
Are food and fuel included in the yacht charter price?
Fuel, docking fees, and standard provisions (water, ice, soft drinks) are often included for half-day or full-day charters, but this varies by vessel. For multi-day charters or specific catering requests (alcohol, private chef), an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) will be added to your booking.
