Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, a spacious Cape Coral waterfront retreat offering 2,608 sq. ft. of stylish comfort for up to 8 guests. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area bathed in natural light, where a gourmet kitchen with dual islands, two ovens, and two fridges makes entertaining effortless. The king master suite opens directly onto the lanai, inviting you to start each day with serene canal views.
Outside, the home is designed for classic Florida living. Lounge on the sun-drenched pool deck, take a dip in the private pool, or unwind in the heated spa. The covered lanai offers comfortable seating and a BBQ for alfresco dining, while the landscaped gardens lead to a canal-side beach area with Adirondack chairs beneath tropical coconut trees. A large private dock with a tiki hut overlooks the canal—a perfect spot for sunset views, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. For indoor fun, the games room includes air hockey, table tennis, darts, and a pool table, plus a library, flat-screen and smart TVs, games, toys, and a wireless speaker. incredible memories
A true hidden gem. We already started planning our next trip back. Wi-fi was surprisingly fast even when all 8 of us were connected.
