Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, a sprawling 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat in the heart of ChampionsGate, where up to 26 guests can spread out across 3,909 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel the ease of a home built for togetherness—four king suites offer peaceful privacy, while a whimsical wizard-themed bedroom sparks delight for younger travelers. Two separate TV rooms mean movie nights can happen simultaneously, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen becomes the natural gathering spot for morning pancakes and late-night snacks. With WiFi, laundry, parking, and wheelchair-accessible features, every detail has been considered to make your stay effortless.
Step outside to your own private pool, where sunloungers line the deck and a covered lanai provides shade for alfresco dining. The games room, complete with a pool table and basketball hoop game, keeps the fun going between theme park adventures. As a guest, you'll also enjoy access to an impressive array of resort amenities—community pools, a lazy river, fitness center, theater room, shared games spaces, splash pad playground, beach volleyball courts, and golf nearby. Set within a convenient Orlando resort community close to restaurants, shopping, and the area's famous cartoon, marine-life, and movie-themed attractions, this welcoming villa is perfectly placed for a memorable Florida getaway.

fantastic experience
The outdoor lounging spots are just incredible for chilling all day. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and everyone was blown away.

Loved it
Location is spot on—close enough to restaurants, yet totally secluded. The beds and pillows were super soft, slept like a baby every night.

The living room layout is huge and great for late night board games and drinks. Definetly coming back next summer!
