Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, a stunning 10-bedroom, 10.5-bathroom vacation home in the prestigious Encore Resort, just minutes from Orlando's world-famous theme parks. This elegant retreat accommodates up to 20 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining table, and a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV. Upstairs, a loft area doubles as a home theater with a projector screen and cinema-style seating, while a private balcony offers a peaceful spot to unwind.
Step outside to your own private oasis: a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub (pool heat required), and a fun splash pad for the little ones. Sunloungers and a covered lanai with table and chairs invite you to enjoy alfresco dining and sunny Florida days.
