Luxury 7-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool & Theater in Kissimmee

Welcome to Villa Maxx, a sprawling 6,500-square-foot retreat in the heart of Kissimmee, where up to 14 guests can unwind in style. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by expansive living and dining areas bathed in natural light, seamlessly connecting to a fully equipped kitchen. Two ground-floor king suites offer convenience and privacy, while five additional bedrooms—including whimsical themed rooms and a crib—ensure everyone has their own sanctuary. Whether you're gathering for a morning coffee or an evening feast, the open-plan design keeps the conversation flowing and the memories coming.

But the real magic happens when you venture into the entertainment zones. Challenge friends to billiards, ping pong, or Skee-ball in the renovated games room, then catch a movie in your private home theater. Stay active in the home gym, or step outside to the screened deck, where a spectacular 40-foot saltwater pool, hot tub, and water fountain create a resort-like oasis. Dine alfresco on the covered lanai, or head upstairs to the balcony for nightly fireworks views from a nearby theme park. With resort-style amenities like a community pool, fitness center, bike rentals, and golf, every day promises a new adventure.
