Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, a sprawling 5,000-square-foot coastal haven in the heart of Fort Myers Beach. With nine private units, this exceptional property offers the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy for up to 24 guests. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a friends' getaway, or a corporate retreat, Villa Maxx provides an unforgettable setting where everyone can spread out and relax in style.
Step outside and immerse yourself in the resort-style community, where a shared heated pool invites you to cool off under the Florida sun. Challenge friends to a game on the pickleball court, showcase your skills in the shared game room with ping pong, or try the surf simulator for a taste of adventure. As evening falls, gather at one of the two BBQ pavilions for a alfresco feast, then unwind on your private balcony as the coastal breeze washes over you. Five stars!
Hands down the best rental property we have stayed at in years. Waking up to that view every single morning was priceless. Hope to return very soon!
