Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, a stunning seven-bedroom retreat in Holmes Beach where a rooftop deck delivers sweeping Gulf views just steps from the sand. Inside, original artwork, solid wood floors, and marble baths meet a stylish kitchen and formal dining area, while landscaped gardens and a poolside setting create the perfect backdrop for alfresco evenings.
The outdoor spaces elevate this villa to a tropical paradise, complete with a heated pool featuring a water table, a soothing hot tub, and a shuffleboard deck for entertainment. Enjoy drinks from the wet tiki bar under the covered lanai, indulge in island-style barbecue with the gas grill, or simply relax in the hammock with the gentle sway of palm trees above. After a day of island adventures—whether exploring Anna Maria Island via the free trolley, indulging in boutique shopping on Pine Avenue, or enjoying water sports—unwind by watching the sunset from the rooftop deck.
