Description
Perched on the Gulf side of Anna Maria Island in Bradenton Beach, Villa Maxx is a dual-condo retreat that redefines coastal luxury. With six bedrooms and 268 sq. m. of sunlit living space, this haven welcomes up to 12 guests to unwind in style. Two king, two queen, and two twin bedrooms cater to mixed-age groups, while private balconies invite you to savor partial ocean views and the soothing rhythm of the waves. Whether you're sipping morning coffee as the sun rises over the Gulf or gathering for evening cocktails under the stars, every moment here feels like a postcard.
Designed for easy beachside living, the property features two full condos with well-equipped kitchens, modern appliances, and open-concept interiors adorned with coastal decor. Plush sectional sofas and TVs with cable or satellite channels provide comfort after a day in the sun, while a laptop workspace keeps you connected if needed. Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor pool and tennis courts, or take a short stroll to the white sands and beachfront access. Local dining, bars, and charter services are just minutes away, and Manatee Public Beach is down the coast, making this an inviting base for both laid-back seaside days and memorable island adventures.

Best vacation ever
Super cozy and relaxing atmosphere, exactly what we needed. Waking up to that view every single morning was priceless. Already missing the pool.

can't wait to return
The beds and pillows were super soft, slept like a baby every night. Nothing to complain about at all.

spotless and modern
Simply stunning. Felt like a dream vacation from start to finish. Everything was spotless clean when we arrived, huge kudos to the cleaning team. Definetly coming back next summer!

Absolute paradise
So quiet and private, we felt like we were in our own little world. Lots of natural light coming through the large windows all day long. Best decision of our trip.
