Description
Just two blocks from the warm Gulf waves, Villa Maxx welcomes you to a bright, modern island retreat in the heart of Holmes Beach. With three bedrooms and two baths spread across 150 sq. mt., this home is designed for effortless beachside living. Step inside to an open-plan living and dining area where natural light pours in, and the fully equipped kitchen—complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a breakfast counter—invites you to gather over morning coffee or casual meals. After a day in the sun, unwind in the comfortable lounge with WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and a smart TV, while air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the island breeze flowing.
Outside, your private heated lagoon-style pool sparkles in a fenced backyard, surrounded by sunloungers and lounge seating for lazy afternoons. A covered lanai and balcony offer shaded escapes, and the BBQ and alfresco dining area make outdoor meals a delight.
