Luxury Villa | 3-Bed Holmes Beach Retreat with Private Pool

Set on a tranquil lake in Holmes Beach, Villa Maxx is a two-story coastal retreat that welcomes up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms across 130 sq. mt. of bright, modern living space. A king, queen, and twin bedroom provide flexible comfort for families or small groups, with fresh linens, WiFi, and smart TVs throughout. Ideally placed to enjoy Anna Maria Island's laid-back charm, it's a relaxed escape designed for easy days in the sun.

Outdoors, the home really shines. Guests can unwind in the enclosed yard, stretch out on the sunloungers, or cool off in the private pool. Glass doors create an easy flow to the patio, where a BBQ, table and chairs, lounge seating, and an alfresco dining area make outdoor living effortless. The property also offers lake access at the back, with a dock for fishing and peaceful wildlife watching among the mangroves. For beach days, miles of soft white sand are just two blocks away, and nearby Palm Drive provides trolley access to shopping, dining, and scenic spots such as Bean Point.
