Luxury Villa | 3-Bed Holmes Beach Retreat with Private Pool

Escape to Villa Maxx, a relaxed tropical retreat on Anna Maria Island, where 119 sq. m of inviting space welcomes up to six guests. The open-plan living area, bathed in natural light, features a Smart TV and WiFi, while the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table makes mealtime a breeze. Three serene bedrooms—a king and two queens—ensure restful nights, and everyday conveniences from laundry to linens make this an effortless coastal escape for families or small groups.

Step outside to your private heated pool, the star of the home, surrounded by lush landscaped gardens that create a peaceful island atmosphere. Stretch out on sunloungers, relax in the lounge seating area, enjoy meals at the table and chairs, or make the most of the BBQ and alfresco dining space. A hammock beneath the palms adds to the laid-back vacation feel. With the beach just a three-block walk away and trolley stops, shops, and dining options within easy reach, this home is a wonderful base for enjoying the sun, sand, and slower pace of island life.
