Margaritaville 5BR Villa with Private Pool & Hot Tub in Kissimmee

Welcome to Villa Maxx, a stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat nestled in the heart of Kissimmee's Margaritaville Resort. Spanning three bright, beach-inspired floors, this home invites up to 12 guests to unwind in style. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects a gourmet kitchen and dining space to a private outdoor oasis featuring a sparkling pool, in-ground hot tub, and covered lanai with alfresco dining. Whether you're grilling under the Florida sun or sipping cocktails on the balcony with panoramic golf course views, every moment here feels like a getaway.

After a day at the theme parks or the nearby entertainment district—just a short walk away with shops, restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, and a waterpark—return to your own private retreat. The third-floor loft offers a bar area, TV, and arcade machine for friendly competitions, while the three king bedrooms (two with balcony access) and two queen bedrooms provide restful sanctuaries. With WiFi, parking, and 24-hour security in a gated community, every comfort is already in place.
