Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, a four-storey retreat in the tucked-away Tang-O-Mar neighborhood of Miramar Beach. With 18 bedrooms and space for 44 guests, this home is built for extended families, reunions, and celebrations. Fourteen king bedrooms and four double-bed rooms, an elevator, and upper-floor balconies make every stay effortless. The generous living area, fully equipped kitchen, and ample dining space bring the whole group together in comfort.
Outside, the private pool creates a standout setting for sunny days, complete with a pool deck, loungers, a terrace, and shaded alfresco dining. A BBQ and outdoor kitchen make casual meals easy, while the hot tub offers a relaxing way to unwind after a day by the Gulf. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated games room with a pool table, foosball table, TVs, seating, and a small kitchenette, plus board games for quieter moments. Practical comforts include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryers, and irons with ironing boards. The home is pet friendly and set in a private neighborhood with beach access reached by following the drive toward the shore.
