Description
Step into Villa Maxx, a newly renovated 1,902-square-foot retreat where four bedrooms and three baths welcome up to eight guests. The open-plan living area invites you to unwind on comfortable sofas while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, and the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar makes meal prep a breeze. Glass sliding doors open directly to your private screened-in pool and covered lanai, where a dining set awaits alfresco meals. Each bedroom—a ground-floor queen, an upstairs king suite, and two twin bedrooms—includes its own TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax.
Outside, the private splash pool is perfect for cooling off in the Florida sunshine or enjoying a quiet morning by the water, with a pool fence adding peace of mind for families. As a guest, you'll also enjoy access to impressive resort-style amenities: a large community pool with waterfalls, a slide and splash area, a spa, a fitness center, sports courts, an arcade, a movie theater, and an on-site marketplace and dining spot.
