Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, an extraordinary 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom retreat in the heart of Kissimmee, where up to 20 guests can indulge in a private resort-style escape. From the moment you step into the open-plan living area, with its plush leather seating and cinematic viewing setup, you'll feel the cares of the world melt away. The rustic kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, invites culinary adventures, while the formal dining table for 12 and breakfast bar for four make every meal a communal celebration. Six king master suites offer serene sanctuaries, and two custom-themed bunk rooms spark joy for the young and young at heart.
Step outside to your south-facing screened pool area, a sun-drenched oasis featuring a custom pool, spillover spa, waterfall, splash pad, and two water cannons. Eight sunloungers, a covered lanai, alfresco dining, and a summer kitchen with BBQ set the stage for unforgettable afternoons and evenings. Inside, the excitement continues with a games room boasting racing arcades, basketball and shooting games, air hockey, and a game console, plus an upstairs tropical-style loft with a bar, foosball, multi-arcade, pool table, and recliner seating. Movie nights reach new heights in the private home theater with eight leather recliners and a 185-inch projector screen. With WiFi, air conditioning, laundry facilities, parking, and access to resort-style amenities including a community pool, fitness center, bike rentals, golf, and 24-hour security, every need is anticipated. Please note: fireplace is not available for guest use.

Incredible memories
Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling on top of each other. The pool water was crystal clear and the sunbeds were very comfy.

Fantastic experience
We celebrated my husband's birthday here and everyone was blown away. Waking up to that view every single morning was priceless
