Luxury 5-Bed Villa with Private Pool & Theater in Kissimmee

Welcome to Villa Maxx, a stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida. Designed for up to 10 guests, this bright and spacious 307 sq. m. home offers an unforgettable escape for families and friends. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living area that seamlessly blends comfort and style, perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals, while the private home theater with a 130-inch screen and an arcade-style games room featuring air hockey, foosball, and PlayStation promise endless entertainment for all ages.

Step outside to your own screened private pool area, where sunny Florida days are best spent lounging on sunloungers, soaking in the spillover spa, or enjoying alfresco dining under the covered lanai. The outdoor kitchen and lounge seating make outdoor living a breeze, all while overlooking tranquil garden and pool views. Upstairs, select bedrooms offer balcony access, providing a peaceful spot for morning coffee or an evening unwind. The themed bunk rooms—one with a playful slide and another with a storybook castle—spark imagination in younger guests. Plus, you'll have access to a communal pool, fitness center, arcade, and a nearby splash pad, with a lively water park just a short drive away. Note: This home does not include access to the Reunion Resort Water Park or golf amenities, but you can still enjoy Seven Eagles Cove, a popular area with a zero-entry pool, fitness center, arcade, and pool bar. A kid-friendly splash pad is also nearby, and we can provide discount codes for Island H2O Water Park.
