Reunion Resort 11-Bed Villa with Private Pool & Theater

Welcome to Villa Maxx, a sprawling 10,170-square-foot retreat nestled in the prestigious Reunion Resort, just six miles from the magic of Walt Disney World. Designed for large families and groups, this 11-bedroom, 15-bathroom home offers an enviable blend of space, location, and value. While the villa is professionally maintained and shows some signs of age, it provides a comfortable and well-appointed base for your Orlando adventure. Step into the open-concept living area, where a gourmet kitchen with a six-burner gas stove, double ovens, and two dishwashers makes meal preparation a breeze. The private pool invites you to cool off after a day at the parks, while the games room, home theater, and home gym cater to every mood. With themed bedrooms adding a touch of whimsy, this home is perfect for making memories that last a lifetime.

Beyond the villa, Reunion Resort offers a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Tee off on one of three championship golf courses, dine at the Reunion Grande Hotel's lively bars and restaurants, or make a splash at the fantastic waterpark. Two clubhouses provide additional spaces for relaxation and entertainment. Whether you're visiting for a family reunion, sports trip, or group getaway, Villa Maxx delivers the space, convenience, and resort lifestyle you deserve. Please note that this is one of our more established homes and is not recently renovated; if you prefer a modern finish, we recommend considering one of our newer properties.
