Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, a five-bedroom coastal sanctuary in Santa Rosa Beach where up to 14 guests can unwind in style. From the moment you arrive, the private heated pool and sun-drenched loungers invite you to relax, while the rooftop terrace delivers panoramic Gulf views that turn every sunset into a masterpiece. With deeded beach access just steps away, a six-seater golf cart, and six adult bikes, the shore and local dining are effortlessly within reach.
Inside, contemporary coastal interiors blend seamlessly with thoughtful amenities. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a joy, and the terrace barbecue sets the stage for alfresco dining with the ocean as your backdrop. Challenge friends in the game room, rinse off in the pool shower, or simply soak up the serene, fenced yard. Air conditioning, WiFi, a washer and dryer, and private parking ensure a seamless stay, while ceiling fans and elegant design create a secure, tranquil environment for families and friends.
