Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, where two neighboring Santa Rosa Beach homes combine to create an extraordinary retreat for up to 64 guests. With 22 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, this is the ultimate destination for reunions, milestone celebrations, and large group getaways. The open-plan living areas and game rooms with pool tables invite effortless gathering, while the crowd-friendly kitchen with double appliances and elevator access ensure every stay is seamless. Each of the four levels in both homes offers a blend of privacy and togetherness, with sixteen king bedrooms and six double-bed rooms providing comfortable accommodations for all.
Step outside and discover a private oasis designed for relaxation and fun. Private pools and a hot tub set the stage for sunny afternoons, while balconies, a terrace, and screened and covered outdoor spaces offer plenty of room to unwind. Sunloungers and an alfresco dining area make it easy to enjoy the coastal air from morning coffee to evening dinners, and a BBQ area adds to the appeal for laid-back meals at home. The property is pet friendly, so even four-legged family members can join the trip. Located in the heart of Grayton Beach, you're just moments from sugar-white sand, turquoise water, and the charming village feel of 30A, with live music, local galleries, surf shops, and natural beauty including Grayton Beach State Park and Western Lake nearby.

Lovely getaway
Super cozy and relaxing atmosphere, exactly what we needed. Having 22 bedrooms made it so comfortable for everyone to get good sleep.

Best vacation ever
We celebrated my husband's birthday here and everyone was blown away. The dining area easily fit all of us without squeezing. Will be telling all my friends about this spot.
