Description
Set along Florida’s scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Villa Maxx is a polished 4-bedroom coastal retreat for up to 11 guests, just a short walk from the Gulf’s white sand and the lively Gulf Place district. Inside, bright open-plan living and coastal-inspired décor create an effortless setting for gathering, from slow breakfasts to unwinding after a day by the water.
The private rooftop terrace is a standout feature, offering lounge seating, alfresco dining, and partial Gulf views through the trees. It’s a beautiful spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, relaxed meals, or late-night card games under the coastal sky. A lower terrace with a BBQ adds another easy outdoor space, while the community pool provides a refreshing option between beach visits. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, giving families and groups extra comfort and privacy, with a flexible mix of king, queen, twin, and sleeper sofa arrangements. With WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, washer and dryer, and bedding and towels included, this Santa Rosa Beach home combines everyday convenience with breezy Emerald Coast charm.

Best vacation ever
Kids had the time of their lives in the pool, we barely left the house! Lots of natural light coming through the large windows all day long. Already missing the pool.
