Description
Escape to Villa Maxx, a stunning three-story coastal retreat in Santa Rosa Beach, where contemporary elegance meets relaxed beachside living. With six beautifully appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, making it the perfect setting for unforgettable group getaways. Bright, airy interiors in soft coastal tones flow effortlessly into a private backyard oasis, while the fully equipped kitchen and inviting wet bar set the stage for everything from family dinners to evening cocktails.
Step outside to discover your own slice of paradise: a private pool and hot tub beckon for sunny afternoons, surrounded by loungers, a shaded patio, and an alfresco dining area with BBQ. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower or pool-access bathroom. Balconies and terraces offer peaceful corners for morning coffee or evening breezes, and the third-floor primary suite provides added privacy with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and its own screened balcony. Highly recommended
Having 5 bathrooms was a lifesaver for our big group getting ready in the mornings. A bit pricey, but totally worth every single penny spent

Fantastic experience
The pool water was crystal clear & the sunbeds were very comfy.. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling on top of each other

absolute paradise
A true hidden gem.. We already started planning our next trip back. With a capacity for 18 guests, nobody felt cramped at all. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area

Exceeded what we saw in pictures, truly mesmerizing. The living room layout is huge and great for late night board games and drinks
