An additional living area with a kitchenette provides extra space for relaxation. Step outside to your private pool and hot tub, surrounded by a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining area. Multiple balconies overlook the pool, offering serene spots to unwind. With private beach access, a golf cart, and six adult bikes, you're perfectly set to explore the beautiful 30A area.
Each of the seven bedrooms is tastefully furnished and includes a flat-screen TV. The villa also boasts an entertainment room with a poker table, an elevator for easy access, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Whether you're lounging by the pool, dining al fresco, or exploring the nearby beaches, Seagrove 3 provides an unforgettable vacation experience. Please note that the pool can be heated for an additional $90 per day between October 1 and May 1, and that fireplaces are not for guest use. Construction nearby may be present during your stay.
