Description
Perched on the pristine beachfront of Siesta Key, Villa Maxx is a spacious three-bedroom penthouse where sweeping ocean views and direct access to soft white sands define every stay. Designed for up to eight guests, it pairs a king suite, a double-bed suite, and a queen bedroom with a well-equipped kitchen, inviting living space, and a lanai made for sunrise coffee or evening drinks above the coast.
The community amenities make it easy to enjoy a resort-style vacation without leaving home. Spend the day beside one of the heated saltwater pools, soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna or stay active with the fitness center, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Private beach access with lounge chairs adds to the appeal, while landscaped gardens, outdoor grilling areas and shaded picnic spaces create a laid-back tropical atmosphere. Beach and pool items are available for sunny days, and a selection of games offers entertainment indoors. With parking and elevator access included, the condo is as practical as it is inviting. When you are ready to explore, the shops, dining and culture of Siesta Key are within easy reach, along with nearby Turtle Beach. From sunset strolls to dolphin and manatee spotting along the coastline, this beachfront penthouse is a wonderful base for a classic Florida Gulf Coast getaway.

can't wait to return
So quiet & private, we felt like we were in our own little world. Towels and linens smelled fresh and were high quality.
