Description
Step into Villa Maxx, a sun-drenched retreat in the gated Solara Resort, where up to 10 guests can unwind in style. The open-plan living area invites you to sink into plush sofas after a day at Orlando’s theme parks, while the fully equipped kitchen—boasting granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances—makes everything from quick breakfasts to festive dinners effortless. Each of the four bedrooms features a flat-screen TV, and the loft offers a cozy nook for kids or a quiet workspace. Outside, your private screened-in pool sparkles under the Florida sun, framed by a covered lanai with alfresco dining, a BBQ grill (available for an additional cost), and sunloungers for lazy afternoons.
As a guest of Solara Resort, you’ll also enjoy a wealth of community amenities: a large communal pool with cabanas, a fitness center, sand volleyball, soccer field, basketball court, teen hangout, children’s playground, bar and grill, and a sweet-treat spot. With 24-hour security, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer, every comfort is at your fingertips. Whether you’re exploring Kissimmee’s attractions or simply relaxing by the pool, this bright townhome is the perfect base for your Orlando getaway.

amazing place!
Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped, we cooked big family dinners together easily.

Great value
hands down the best rental property we have stayed at in years. Wi-fi was surprisingly fast even when all 10 of us were connected.
