Parking

• A maximum of 5 vehicles is permitted for the home.
• Vehicles must be parked only in approved areas; parking on the street, sidewalk, or grass is not allowed.
• Overflow parking may be available, but spaces are unassigned and cannot be guaranteed.
• Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats are not permitted within the community.
• Vehicles that do not follow community parking rules may be towed at the guest’s expense.

Pool and Amenities

• The private pool includes a child safety fence for added peace of mind.
• The attached spa is not a hot tub; it can only be heated together with the pool, does not have jets, and will be the same temperature as the pool.
• When pool heating is in use, the water temperature does not exceed 95°F.
• Pool heating operates through a heat-exchange system, so performance may be reduced in cold weather and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

During Your Stay

• The home is self-catering, so guests should plan to purchase any additional supplies needed for their stay.
• Please place rubbish in the plastic bench each day to help maintain a clean and tidy home.
• Daily housekeeping is not provided during the stay.
• Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is required or if repairs are needed due to failure to follow the house guidelines.

Deliveries

• Standard postal deliveries may not be accepted at vacation homes and may be returned to sender.
