Solterra Resort 6-Bed Villa with Private Pool & Theater

Welcome to Villa Maxx, a stunning six-bedroom retreat nestled within the prestigious Solterra Resort in Davenport, Florida. Designed with families and large groups in mind, this elegant home offers up to 12 guests a seamless blend of spacious comfort and thoughtful entertainment. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright, open-concept living area that flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to festive dinners. Each of the six bedrooms is a private sanctuary, with two king bedrooms and four queen bedrooms spread across two floors, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. The playful themed rooms—princess, space, cartoon, video game, ice princess, and underwater princess—add a touch of magic that younger guests will adore.

Step outside to your own screened-in private pool, where sunloungers and a covered lanai invite you to relax while the kids splash safely behind a child safety fence. The alfresco dining area is ideal for evening barbecues or morning coffee. Inside, the private movie theater with recliner seating, pool table, and basketball hoop promise endless entertainment. As a guest of Solterra Resort, you'll also enjoy access to a resort-style pool with beach entry, lazy river, waterslide, jacuzzi, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, soccer field, beach volleyball, playground, and walking trail. With major Orlando theme parks, shopping, and dining just minutes away, this villa is the perfect base for an unforgettable vacation. Please note: Renovation works to the Lazy River, swimming pool, and hot tub will take place from September through mid-December 2026; these amenities may be unavailable during that period.
