Solterra Resort 5-Bed Villa with Private Pool in Davenport

Step into Villa Maxx, a modern open-concept retreat where sliding glass doors dissolve the line between indoors and out. The chef's kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a versatile island, flows into a stylish dining area and a family room anchored by a nailhead-studded sectional and rustic wood-plank accent wall. Outside, a private plunge pool and covered lanai with table and chairs invite you to unwind under the Florida sun.

Each of the five bedrooms features its own flat-screen television, ensuring every guest retires in comfort. Whether you're preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, lounging by the pool, or exploring nearby attractions, this Davenport villa offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Please note: Renovation works to the Lazy River, swimming pool, and hot tub will be taking place at Solterra Resort from September through mid-December, 2026. During this period, these amenities may be unavailable for guest use. Please inquire with a Sales Agent for more information.
