Solterra Resort 5-Bed Villa with Private Pool & Hot Tub

Set within the newest gated enclave of Solterra Resort, this five-bedroom villa invites you to settle into a rhythm where theme park magic and quiet residential calm exist side by side. Step through the door and the open-plan living area unfolds before you—a bright, airy space where plush sofas gather around a flat-screen TV and the fully equipped kitchen, with its breakfast bar and dining table, becomes the natural heart of the home. Upstairs, a loft with its own TV and sofa offers a second living zone, perfect for movie nights or a quiet escape with a book.

Beyond the sliding glass doors, your private pool and hot tub shimmer under the Florida sun, framed by a covered lanai with alfresco dining and sunloungers. The game room, stocked with foosball, air hockey, and a pool table, keeps everyone entertained between park days, while two themed bedrooms spark imagination for younger guests. With five bedrooms and four and a half baths, up to twelve guests can spread out in comfort—making every day at home as memorable as a day at the parks.
