Luxury 11-Bedroom Davenport Retreat with Private Pool

Step into Villa Maxx, a sprawling 7,200-square-foot contemporary estate in Davenport, Florida, where 11 bedrooms and 11 baths welcome up to 28 guests for an unforgettable Orlando group getaway. The plush great room invites everyone to gather, while the chef's kitchen—with marble countertops and custom blue cabinetry—flows into a generous dining area, setting the stage for shared meals and laughter. Seven king bedrooms, two bunk rooms, and flexible queen and double accommodations ensure families and friends alike find their perfect retreat.

Entertainment is at the heart of this villa: challenge friends to a game in the private indoor bowling alley, enjoy arcade-style games, or settle into the home theater with reclining seats and a 100-inch screen. A game loft offers pool, darts, ring toss, and more, while kids will adore the treehouse-inspired playroom and themed bedrooms—including an enchanted forest setting and a desert fantasy room with slides, ladders, and playful wall art. Outside, the private pool area is a sunny Florida haven with a spillover spa, sunloungers, pool basketball, foosball, table tennis, lounge seating, and a covered patio featuring an outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining space. Additional perks include a home gym, WiFi, air conditioning, cable/satellite TV, a balcony, terrace, and convenient parking. Resort-style amenities add even more appeal: a community pool, lazy river, tennis courts, fitness center, playground, walking paths, and green spaces—all within easy reach of Orlando’s major attractions, shopping, dining, and golf. Please note: Renovation works to the Lazy River, swimming pool, and hot tub will be taking place at Solterra Resort from September through mid-December, 2026. During this period, these amenities may be unavailable for guest use. Please inquire with a Sales Agent for more information.
