Villatel Village 8: 11-Bed Luxury Villa with Private Pool in Davenport

Welcome to Villatel Village 8, a magnificent 7,200 sq. ft. retreat in Davenport, Florida, where luxury and entertainment converge for an unforgettable getaway. This 11-bedroom, 13-bath villa comfortably accommodates up to 28 guests, making it the perfect choice for large families, groups, or corporate retreats. From the moment you step into the grand great room, you'll be captivated by the elegant design and thoughtful amenities. The open-concept kitchen and 16-seat dining area set the stage for memorable meals and gatherings, while the dedicated entertainment spaces—including a ski simulator, arcade, games loft, home theater, and private gym—ensure nonstop fun for all ages.

Step outside to your private oasis, where the Florida sunshine beckons. The expansive pool area features a hot tub, mini waterslide, sunloungers, foosball, ping-pong, and poolside basketball, along with a covered lanai, outdoor kitchen, and alfresco dining space. Younger guests will delight in the two imaginative themed bunk rooms: an underwater adventure room with submarine-style beds and a whimsical playhouse-inspired room with a twisty slide. The remaining bedrooms are stylishly appointed with a mix of king, queen, and double beds. As a guest, you'll also enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including a community pool, recreation areas, walking paths, green spaces, tennis courts, a lazy river, and a fitness center. Please note that renovation works to the lazy river, swimming pool, and hot tub at Solterra Resort will take place from September through mid-December 2026, and these amenities may be unavailable during that period. Additional fees may apply during holiday periods.
