Welcome to Villatel Village 9, a sprawling 7,200 sq. ft. retreat in Davenport, Florida, where every detail is designed for unforgettable moments. Step into the bright great room, where sleek open-plan living meets playful luxury. Themed children's rooms—including an icy forest retreat and a space-inspired bunk room with slides—spark imagination, while the private two-lane bowling alley, arcade games, and karaoke room keep the fun going. Movie nights come alive in the home theater with reclining seating and surround sound, and the private gym ensures your routine stays on track.

Outside, the resort-style oasis beckons with a private pool, hot tub, and waterslide. Unwind on sunloungers beneath the covered lanai, fire up the outdoor kitchen and BBQ, or dine alfresco as garden views surround you.
