Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, a stunning 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom retreat nestled in the heart of Destin, Florida. Just a short stroll from private beach access—complete with seasonal chairs and an umbrella—this spacious villa accommodates up to 24 guests across three floors of refined coastal living. Bright, open-plan interiors and a covered balcony invite you to unwind, while the chef's kitchen is perfectly designed for gathering and entertaining.
Outside, the private pool is a true standout, featuring built-in seating, a bar area, sunloungers, a covered lanai, a BBQ, and an alfresco dining space. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside. With five king bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements including queen, twin, bunk, daybed, and trundle options, couples and children alike have plenty of room to spread out. Several upper-level bedrooms open to private balconies with Gulf views, and multiple bathrooms keep busy beach days running smoothly. Great stay
Super cozy and relaxing atmosphere, exactly what we needed. With a capacity for 24 guests, nobody felt cramped at all. Already missing the pool.

Great value
Having 8 bathrooms was a lifesaver for our big group getting ready in the mornings.. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and everyone was blown away.
