Description
Welcome to Villa Maxx, a stunning 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom retreat nestled in the heart of Destin, Florida. Just a short stroll from private beach access—complete with seasonal chairs and an umbrella—this spacious villa accommodates up to 24 guests across three floors of refined coastal living. Bright, open-plan interiors and a covered balcony invite you to unwind, while the chef's kitchen is perfectly designed for gathering and entertaining.
Outside, the private pool is a true standout, featuring built-in seating, a bar area, sunloungers, a covered lanai, a BBQ, and an alfresco dining space. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside. With five king bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements including queen, twin, bunk, daybed, and trundle options, couples and children alike have plenty of room to spread out. Several upper-level bedrooms open to private balconies with Gulf views, and multiple bathrooms keep busy beach days running smoothly. Additional highlights include a second living area, a games room with foosball, smart and flat-screen TVs, WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, laundry facilities, and an in-home elevator. The location is equally appealing: restaurants, groceries, a family waterpark, Henderson Beach State Park, the harbor boardwalk, fishing trips, dolphin tours, golf, and outlet shopping are all within easy reach, while the neighborhood remains peaceful and relaxed.

lots of natural light coming through the large windows all day long. Not gonna lie, at first I thought the photos were edited, but it's even better in person!
